  1. In this window you can get a complete summary of the
  2. accounts in the actual year.

  4. If you make your accounting yearly, you can enter a 
  5. time-limit for special months. You choose the months in a 
  6. dialog box, which will be opened after choosing this 
  7. menu-point.

  9. The output of this exploitation has th,mns. The first
  10. (sum) tells you the sum-total from the whole monthly 
  11. amounts of the actual year. The second (End) tells you the 
  12. amount of the actual month. The last one (Average Amount) 
  13. gives you the average amount per month in the year. All 
  14. three columns' aren¬¥t useful for every account. The column 
  15. will be suppressed than. The actual month will be included 
  16. in the exploitation. So it may be better to go back one month,
  17. if you haven¬¥t booked the actual month completely.
